Data Deletion
Heracel (Apollonic Ventures, J. Fischer, Freidhofstrasse 12, 8934 Knonau, Switzerland) stores data from connected third-party accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, bexio and others) only for the company account that connected them.
Delete data from a connected platform
Log in at https://heracel.ai → Connections → choose the platform → Disconnect. All access tokens and all data imported from that platform are deleted within 24 hours.
Delete your Heracel account and all data
Log in at https://heracel.ai → Settings → Account → Delete account, or email privacy@heracel.com from the email address registered with your account. Deletion completes within 30 days; backups are purged within 90 days.
Facebook and Instagram
You can also remove Heracel under Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, or Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app there revokes our access. Please additionally disconnect the platform in Heracel, or contact us, so that already imported data is deleted as well.
TikTok and LinkedIn
You can revoke Heracel's access under TikTok → Settings → Security & permissions → Apps and services, or LinkedIn → Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services. Please additionally disconnect in Heracel so that imported data is deleted.
